UK Recruits

Whether you are considering your options at dental school, entering your first postgraduate position, or you are already an experienced practitioner or member of the dental support team, our unique structure - combined with a range of flexible and attractive packages - provides a number of exciting opportunities for all of the dental team.

Each of our local clusters benefits from a large number of clinicians of varying age, experience and skill-set.  Within each practice will be a lead dentist who takes responsibility for daily clinical operations.

This is a fairly typical practice structure, however, at Oasis motivated clinicians have the opportunity to progress from the role of lead dentist to cluster clinical director, working closely with a cluster manager to implement commercial initiatives and ensure clinical integrity. Cluster clinical directors are in turn supported and advised on matters such as quality assurance and clinical audit, by a small team of very experienced regional dental directors.

The dental support team also have a number of opportunities for progression within Oasis, either clinically or by following a business management route. From receptionist and dental nurse through to practice manager, cluster manager and business development manager, at Oasis you are limited only by your ambition.

Every new recruit will be required to complete either a clinical or business management interview, depending on the position. Successful candidates will then benefit from an induction and training programme specifically tailored to the individual and the position. For example, clinicians will undertake the Oasis Fitness to Practise Programme, an element of which forms part of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners qualification MFGDP.
